Inspector of personnel department in BeerMarket

Beer Market is one of the largest draft beer chains in Ukraine. We are looking for a specialist who is well-versed in labor legislation, has experience in personnel administration and appreciates order in documents.

If you have experience in managing personnel records, work in 1C and Excel and are looking for a stable job in a friendly team - this vacancy is for you!

Main duties:

• Full management personnel administration: registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal;
• Maintenance and storage of work books and personal files;
• Preparation and registration of personnel orders;
• Formation of certificates from the place of work;
• Entering information into the accounting system 1C: Enterprise 8.3.

What is important for this role?

• Experience of working as a personnel inspector from 1 year;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and the ability to navigate personnel legislation;
• Skills for working in 1C: ZUP, Excel, ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Attention, responsibility, organization.
