Personnel inspector in Kompressors Interneshnl, TOV

For more than 15 years, we have been carrying out turnkey projects, performing operational design, installation, commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service.

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are announcing a competition for the vacancy of "Personnel inspector"

Requirements for the candidate:

• experience in personnel management from 1 year;
• ability to work with documentation, attention to details.
• basic knowledge of labor of legislation
• PC knowledge at the level of a confident user (MS Office, Excel, preferably 1C)

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance (partially) personnel administration in accordance with the norms of labor legislation;
• Registration and accounting of all types of vacations
• Familiarization with orders of employees for personal signature.
• Formation and management of personal files
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and in multitasking mode and interactions with employees of other departments;
• Assisting the head of the department in the search for personnel;
• Competent oral and written language, attention to details;
• Executing the instructions of the head of the personnel department.
