Recruiter / HR manager
If you strive to improve the processes of recruitment and adaptation of personnel and want to really influence the development of the team, this vacancy is for you! We are looking for a responsible recruiting manager who loves people, knows how to find talent and build strong teams of office managers. GСAR is a leading car fleet of Ukraine that cooperates with Bolt and Uklon in 23 cities. We are actively developing the HR field and enable recruiters to realize their potential by working with a large number of vacancies and candidates.
You will perform:
- Active search and selection of candidates: posting of vacancies, work with applications, sourcing and cold search.
- Working with traditional sources of attracting candidates and finding and using new resources (incl. hunting)
- Communicating with candidates at all stages: telephone interviews and interviews.
- Assisting candidates from the first contact to starting a job, as well as forming an offer
- Forming and maintaining a candidate database, preparing reports and analytics on recruitment processes.
- Interacting with department heads regarding candidate searches and closing vacancies.
- Participation in employee onboarding and offboarding processes and other HR processes such as personnel analysis and evaluation, market monitoring, etc.
We expect:
- Experience as a recruiter/HR manager of 2 years or more.
- Ability to assess the competencies and efficiency of employees.
- Experience with CRM, Excel and recruiting systems.
- Analytical thinking and effective communication, ability to work for results.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and quickly adapt to changes.
