Personnel inspector in Digital Army

We are looking for an experienced Specialist in personnel and military accounting, who will take on the full cycle of personnel administration, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and maintaining military accounting.

Experience and competences

• 2+ years of experience in the field of personnel administration;
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Full support of military records of employees in accordance with current legislation;
• Experience in preparing reports for state bodies;
• Attention to details, structured thinking, ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Experience in providing advice to employees on personnel matters (registration, vacations, sick leave, changes in working conditions).

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in government structures or the field of defense technologies.

Areas of responsibility

• Personnel administration: management of the full cycle of personnel administration - registration of admission, transfer, dismissal of employees, sick leave, vacations, business trips, etc. within the framework of current legislation
• Military accounting: management and administration of processes related to military service employees; preparation of reporting to TCC and joint ventures.
• Policies and processes: development, updating and administration of internal HR procedures, regulations, local acts and job instructions.
• Audit and reporting: preparation of personnel documentation for inspections, audit processes, existing conducting regular HR analytics.
• Employee consultations: provision of professional consultations on personnel issues, vacations, sick leave, compensation, etc.

Security requirements:

• Citizenship of Ukraine: The candidate must have Ukrainiancitizenship and readiness to be checked by state authorities (including background check, admission to state secret service in the future);
• Polygraph passing: Mandatory willingness to pass a polygraph during employment (standard procedure in the defense sector);
• Confidentiality and responsibility: Skills in working with sensitive (in particular, state) information, knowledge of the basics of information security and compliance with ethical standards.
