HR specialists in Anatol, TzOV

Anatol is an American company with more than 30 years of history, specializing in the production of screen printing equipment. The Ukrainian office has been successfully operating since 2017. The company is actively growing and is preparing to open a new production and office space in Ukraine.

In connection with development, we are looking for a specialist who will be responsible not only for recruiting personnel, but also for the administration of the Anatol office in Ukraine and maintaining a healthy, productive atmosphere in the team.

Your duties

• Search for specialists in Ukraine and abroad (technical, production, engineering, office roles).
• Working with job portals, social networks and professional communities.
• Conducting interviews and accompanying candidates at all stages.
• Formation and management of the candidate database.
• Interaction with management regarding current personnel needs.
• Daily presence in the office.
• Maintaining work discipline and a comfortable atmosphere in a team.
• Communication with employees on organizational and administrative issues.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter (preferably in technical or production directions).
• Understanding modern candidate search tools, including international ones.
• Sure communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
• Willingness to work in the office on a permanent basis.
• Resistance to stress, structure, responsibility.
