In connection with development, we are looking for a specialist who will be responsible not only for recruiting personnel, but also for the administration of the Anatol office in Ukraine and maintaining a healthy, productive atmosphere in the team.
Your duties
- Search for specialists in Ukraine and abroad (technical, production, engineering, office roles).
- Working with job portals, social networks and professional communities.
- Conducting interviews and accompanying candidates at all stages.
- Formation and management of the candidate database.
- Interaction with management regarding current personnel needs.
- Daily presence in the office.
- Maintaining work discipline and a comfortable atmosphere in a team.
- Communication with employees on organizational and administrative issues.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a recruiter (preferably in technical or production directions).
- Understanding modern candidate search tools, including international ones.
- Sure communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Willingness to work in the office on a permanent basis.
- Resistance to stress, structure, responsibility.
