Personnel inspector in Ekoniya

DUTIES:

• Manage personnel records in accordance with current legislation.

• Regulation of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees.

• Control of compliance with labor laws legislation.

• Managing and updating personal files of employees.

• Issuing orders and orders on personnel matters.

• Organizing and controlling the maintenance of the timesheet.

• Maintaining military records of employees who are subject to military duty.

• Control over the timely submission of documents to the TCC and JV.

• Interaction with TCC and JV and other bodies regarding military accounting issues.

• Organization of checks and reporting on military accounting in accordance with current legislation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher or secondary special education (personnel management, law, economy).

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.

• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine.

• Knowledge of regulations on military accounting and mobilization training.

• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Responsibility, attention to detail, organization.
