Due to business growth and scaling, we are looking for operations director, which will strengthen the management vertical of the clinic and provide efficiency of operational processes and system development of MedClinic.

This is a key management role with real business impact.

We need

• Managementdaily operational activities and business processes of the clinic

• Optimization and continuous improvement of operational processes

• System work with teams and department heads

• Planning and implementation of strategic goals of the clinic

• Monitoring, analysis and control of key performance indicators (KPI)

• Innovation, digital tools and automation

• Building partnerships and improving service quality

From you

• Decency, professionalism, preactivity

• Relevant experience in managing operational activities inmedical or service business

• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking

• Experience in implementing changes and scaling processes
