Due to expansion, our company is looking for an energetic and motivated specialist for the position of Human Resources Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Keeping personnel records: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, provision of all types of vacations.
• Maintenance of personal files of employees and P2 cards.
• Providing consultations in the field of labor legislation.
• Providing certificates from the workplace.

• Writing\making changes to job descriptions.
• Filling in work books.
• Drafting vacation schedules.
• Introducing employees to the PPE, etc.

• Issuing notices to employees.
• Writing templates/clarifications/procedures related to labor law.

Requirements:

• High organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with documents and process them in accordance with established procedures.
• Ability to work with electronic processing systems documents and analysis (Exxel, Google spreadsheets, Power Bi.).
• Ability to work under clear deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Responsibility and compliance with confidentiality.

Conditions:

• Official registration according to the legislation of Ukraine.
• Standard working week: Mon- Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
