HR manager (Borshchahivka) in SMK Distribution

SMK has been the largest producer of sausage and meat products in Ukraine for over 20 years. Today, our company includes Saltivskyi, Bogodukhivskyi, Berdyanskyi, and Kyiv meat processing plants.

Our company does not stand still and is constantly developing, so now we are looking for HR manager.

How we see our candidate:

• Experience in personnel selection from the 1st year;
• Communicative, energetic and responsible;
• Ready to learn new information.

What will you do:

• Full staff recruitment (search, calling, interviews, support during the adaptation period, etc.)
• Formation and maintenance of personnel document flow (submission of a candidate for a security service check, entering a package of documents into the 1C program, formation of annual vacations);
• Working with a management accounting system;
• li>Posting vacancies on job sites and other relevant places;
• Analyzing incoming resumes, conducting interviews;
• Executing administrative tasks from the manager.
