Responsibilities:

• Control and management: Organization and control of all aspects of HR department work , including recruitment, adaptation and dismissal of employees.
• Creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures aimed at optimizing work with personnel.
• Audit and monitoring: Regular inspections of compliance with labor legislation and corporate standards, conducting audits on issues of labor relations and internal control.
• Performance analysis: Evaluation of employee performance, development of recommendations to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Skills: Ability to work in multitasking conditions, stress resistance, experience working with conflicts
