- Ensuring a full recruitment cycle: candidate search, selection, organization and conduction of interviews, feedbacks, preparation and support of Job Offers etc.;
- Develop candidate sourcing strategies that ensure successful recruitment process;
- Networking in the IT industry, researching and improving your sector knowledge;
- Communication with managers;
- Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels;
- Taking part in HR activities when needed. POWER YOU BRING
- 1+ years of working experience in IT Recruitment;
- Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process;
- Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships;
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Understanding of IT job market;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both speaking and writing.
