About the vacancy
We are looking for an experienced HR specialist, who has experience in organization and maintenance of personnel and military accounting, as well as in full-cycle recruiting.
This role will suit a specialist who is interested in building systemic HR processes, not just supporting them. You will be responsible for the development of personnel accounting and HR practices of the company, as well as work with client projects.
This is an opportunity to influence processes, build a structure and develop the HR function together with the business.
Main tasks
Personnel accounting and HR processes
- Building and developing the personnel system accounting in the company (15 people).
- Organization and maintenance of personnel records for our company and its clients.
- Regulation of personnel changes: admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations, etc.
- Preparation of personnel orders and reports.
- Maintenance of personnel files and archives.
- Working with reports accounting for working hours, sick leave, vacation schedules.
- Development of job instructions and HR documentation.
- Analysis and improvement of HR processes, preparation of internal policies and HR guides.
Military accounting
- Organization and maintenance of military accounting for the company (15 people) and its clients.
- Interaction with government bodies on relevant issues.
Recruiting and team development
- The full cycle of personnel selection: from the formation of a candidate profile to the employee's departure for work.
- Cooperation with department heads to determine the requirements for candidates.
- Interaction with external recruiters and active search for candidates.
- Participation in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Organization of onboarding of new employees.
- Monitoring team involvement and satisfaction, maintaining a healthy working climate.
- Organization of corporate events and training.
Analytics and process development
- Monitoring changes in labor legislation and informing management about key updates.
- Participation in the automation and optimization of personnel accounting processes.
- If necessary, support accounting practices in the calculation of wages, leave and reserves vacation

Experience
- from 2 years of experience in personnel accounting;
- experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Languages
- Ukrainian - fluent;
