The "Pharmasco" company is a national leader in the production and supply of rapid diagnostic medical devices, a distributor of medical laboratory equipment in Ukraine invites the financial director to cooperate.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in senior financial positions from 5 years.
• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and tax legislation of Ukraine.
• Experience of working with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Ability to think strategically and make management decisions.
• Leadership qualities, team management skills.
• Owning modern financial instruments and programs.

Your duties will include:

• Formation and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
• Management of financial flows, budgeting and cost control.
• Organization and optimization of the accounting and management accounting system.
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with international and national standards.
• Analysis of financial indicators, development of recommendations to improve business efficiency.
• Interaction with banks, auditors, investors and government bodies.
• Management of the financial department, team development.
