SE KK "Roshen" is the central office of the ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation: a strategic, analytical and operational center that ensures effective coordination of all business processes of the company.
Main duties:
1. Personnel administration and order activities
Preparation of draft personnel documents and personnel orders (acceptance, transfer, leave, dismissal, business trip, incentives, disciplinary sanctions, work on holidays, non-working days and weekends)
Check, registration and support of personnel orders in accordance with requirements legislation
Issuance of personnel documents, in particular temporary incapacity for work letters, and preparation of certificates from the place of work.
2. Personnel accounting
Management of personnel accounting of employees (personal cards, personal files, work books)
Accounting and control of remaining days of annual and additional vacations
Personnel accounting and control of timesheet accounting.
3. Control of personnel procedures
Ensuring compliance with uniform rules, regulations and approved templates of personnel documents
Control of deadlines and correctness of personnel procedures and decisions.
4. Reporting and archival storage
Compilation of statistical and management reports on the number of personnel, staff list, vacations, sick leave and other indicators
Preparation of personnel documents and personal files of employees for transfer to archival storage.
5. HR regulations and automation
Participation in the implementation, revision and updating of internal HR regulations and procedures
Maintaining the relevance of personnel data in electronic information systems
Participation in the implementation and development of automated HR processes.
6. Interaction and support of personnel
Formation of documents regarding internships by students
Counseling of employees on personnel accounting, personnel records and the application of labor legislation.
