QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Higher education
• Experienced trainer/manager of T&D projects from 2 years
• Successfully implemented projects (author trainings, mentoring/adaptation systems, distance learning etc.)
• Experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Bank/Fin/Telecom experience, Collection experience is welcome, but not required (perhaps not currently a trainer but with experience):
  - building processes
  - Training system
  - Training of managers

Desired:

• Successful implementation/transformation experience training systems in companies with more than 500 employees.
• Experience in training managers
• Experience as head of the training department / head of the Training Sector
• Confirmed trainer certification
• Experience with SharePoint, Web Tutor, Adobe Captivate software

Your ROLE:

• System support/development/update on-line training for employees
• Support/development/updating training for management positions
• Conducting online/offline training events
• Support/development/updating distance learning (courses)
• Quality control of operators (call quality analysis/knowledge level testing)
• Organization of corporate events of the Department
• Conducting corporate social networks
• Providing up-to-date information to employees through various communication tools
