Now we are looking for a Manager for adaptation and evaluation of personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR from 1 year.
• Knowledge of various methods of training and personnel evaluation will be an advantage.
• Communicative skills
• Ability before training
• Ability to use Google programs
• Ability to create presentations, infographics, use online platforms for holding conferences is desirable.
• Mobility,ability to move between locations.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and conducting training programs for employees of different levels (Welkham trainings, Training procedures and policies).
• Conducting personnel evaluation (grading, 360).
• Forming a personnel reserve.
