Personnel accounting specialist in ORANTA, PAT NASK

Garant-ASSISTANCE LLC was established in 1999 as the first Ukrainian company that offers a complex of high-quality informational and organizational support services, roadside assistance, medical, insurance and legal assistance.

We are currently looking for a personnel management specialist accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of personnel document flow;
• Maintenance of personnel accounting full cycle: hiring, dismissal, transfer of employees, vacations, sick days;
• Preparation of payroll documents (recording of working hours, work schedule);
• Maintenance of vacation schedules and their control use;
• CPC contracts and related primary documents.

 Main requirements:

• Higher education (preferably economics / finance);
• Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position - mandatory;
• Perfect knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Confident user of 1C , Excel, Outlook;
• Attention to details, communication skills.
