• 2 years of experience in recruiting;
• Experience with job sites and other search channels;
• Evaluation experience candidates;
• Direct experience search and hunting;
• Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Docs;
• Knowledge of candidate assessment methods;
• Knowledge of methods labor market audit;
• Knowledge of the basics of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of job profiles;
• Placement / publication of announcements;
• Search for candidates for open vacancies;
• Telephone interviews and interviews;
• Evaluation and selection of candidates;
• Support and support of customers in the process;
• Support and support of newcomers until the end of the trial period;
• Exit interview;
• Accounting of tasks, questionnaires and results.
