We invite to our team an Inspector of personnel accounting!

How we see you:

• Experience of a personnel accounting specialist from 1 year;
• Experienced PC user (Word, Excel);
• Experienced user of 1C;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation), in cases of renewal/changes of normative acts;
• Ability and willingness to work with a large amount of information and in multitasking mode;
• Well-developed communication skills skills;
• Attention, accuracy, scrupulousness.

The following functions await you:

• Documentation and in 1C of admission/dismissal/transfer/vacation;
• Control of timely receipt of employee documents from stores and their verification;
• Control of filling in internal accounting journals;
• Tabling of employees in 1C;
• Maintenance and issuance of R-keeper cards;
• Maintenance of special records. employee clothing (quantity orders, reception, monthly inventory);
• Participation in military accounting;
• Close interaction with the team and employees of other units.
