 What you will do:

• Create vacancies that candidates fall in love with from the first sentence;
• Search and select people, who will become the heart and face of our stores;
• Maintain and develop the candidate base — quickly, competently and systematically;
• Cooperate with managers and influence the quality of hiring throughout the company;
• Help newcomers adapt and become part of our large farming family.

You are ideal for us if:

• You have experience in of recruiting from 6 months (if more - great, but not critical);
• You don't get lost in multitasking, you know how to prioritize and bring everything to a result;
• You love people and know how to find a common language with them;
• You confidently conduct interviews and know how to "read" the interlocutor;
• You know how to work in a team, but you are not afraid take responsibility.
