Functional duties:

• Maintenance of personnel records in full (number of employees from 700);
• Compilation of orders by personnel;
• Maintenance and registration of personnel files;
• Filling, maintenance and accounting of labor books;
• Providing aggregate data to the accounting department for calculating wages;
• Compiling and maintaining time sheets;< /li> style="font-weight: 400">Preparation of various forms of reports for the manager;
• Counseling of employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts.

Our wishes to the candidates:

• Higher education, secondary-specialized;
• Experience of working as a personnel accounting department specialist from 1 -year in companies with 700 or more employees;
• Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation);
• A confident PC user (1C, ZUP, Excel, Outlook);
• Analytical mindset, attention to details, good communication skills, organization, punctuality;
• Competent oral and written language.
