Responsibilities:
- Performing the functions of a responsible person for the protection of personal data (DPO).
- Participation in the Company's processes related to the protection of personal data, as well as the implementation, maintenance and control of the necessary additional procedures.
- Interaction with supervisory authorities in the field of personal data protection.
- Organization and execution of processes for processing requests regarding personal data data.
- Maintenance and improvement of the Personal Data Protection Management System (PIMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27701 standard.
- Development of the necessary documentation to support PIMS and the Company's life cycle (policies, regulations, instructions, etc.).
- Participation in the review of incidents related to personal data.
- Organization and conduct of internal audits regarding of personal data.
- Support of external, supervisory and certification audits.
- Tracking of changes in the legislation in the field of personal data processing and implementation of relevant measures.
- Participation in the analysis of draft laws on the processing of personal data.
- Reconciliation of contracts in the part related to confidentiality.
- Monitoring of judicial practice regarding the protection of personal data.
- Conducting internal consultations on the processing and protection of personal data.
Main requirements:
- Higher education.
- Work experience in the field of personal data processing (preferably in the IT field).
- Knowledge of current legislation in the field of personal data protection (Law on Personal Data Protection, GDPR), understanding of the principles of personal data protection and their practical application.
- Knowledge of the requirements of standards ISO (27701, 27018) book).
- Working schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., weekends: Saturday, Sunday.
