Responsibilities:

- Development of interior and exterior design concepts

- Work on architectural details of facades, calculation of material volumes

- Author supervision of the implementation of design decisions in construction

- Monitoring of the building materials market, work with the department supply

- Carrying out the current work of the project department

Requirements:

- Higher education in the field of architecture and design

- Work experience in a similar position from 4 years

- Confident mastery of basic programs (Word, Excel, Adobeacrobat)

- Fluency in professional ArchiCAD programs, Lumion - Knowledge of 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop - welcome and comfortable working conditions
