IMPORTANT:
The vacancy involves moving to Poland approximately before the end of the war (financially provided company). After returning to Ukraine and working in the office in Kyiv: st. Sholudenka 3, BC "Kubik"
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably international relations or related areas);
Fluency in English (phone calls, correspondence);
2 years of work experience as an assistant / coordinator;
A confident user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat;
Developed organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode;
High level of responsibility, attentiveness and confidentiality;
Proficient oral and written communication (Ukrainian, English, Russian);
Ability to work with a large amount of information;
Proactivity and readiness to quickly solve household and work tasks;
Additional education or courses will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Performing personal errands (pharmacies, shopping, food, ordering food, drinks, coffee/tea, etc.);
Organization of household issues of the manager and his family;
Coordination of personal trips, rest and leisure;
Help in organizing travel for the manager and family members (tickets, hotels, transfers, routes);
Supporting the manager for necessary.
Administrative support:
Planning and management of the manager's schedule;
Organization of meetings, negotiations and reminders;
Coordinating the manager's daily activities;
Preparation of documents, orders and work materials;
Organization of business trips (tickets, hotels, logistics);
Full suprtravel account (including private trips)
Communications and document management:
Business correspondence, including with foreign partners;
Translation information (in small amounts);
