We are looking for a recruiter-coordinator

StaFFinder is an international recruitment agency for companies in the European Union and Great Britain. We work with various fields and areas: construction, production, maintenance, technical specialties and others.

Responsibilities:

• Reception of applications and preparation of vacancies: analysis of requirements, formation portrait of the candidate, placement of ads
• Search for candidates: direct search, work with databases, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram)
• Selection and interviews: analysis of resumes, video interviews
• Presentation of candidates to the employer: preparation of dossiers, coordination of details, feedback
• Coordination of going to work: accompanying the candidate and the client, support during the trial period
• Working with clients: maintaining long-term relationships, participating in attracting new partners

Who we are looking for:

• A person with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting
• An organized, proactive person who works effectively with information
• One who likes communication, adapts quickly and looks for non-standard solutions
