Personal and public hygiene trainer in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

Critically important enterprise "Mirne Nebo Kharkiv" charitable foundation is looking for a hygiene trainer to work in a mobile brigade in the communities of the Kharkiv region.

What is needed do:

• Development and adaptation of training materials on personal and public hygiene according to the context of the community and the needs of the team.
• Conducting trainings on hygienic practices, prevention of infectious diseases, safe handling of water and waste.
• Preparation and facilitation of public events aimed at raising the level of public awareness about the importance of hygiene, safe water and sanitation.
• Evaluation of the level of knowledge of participants before and after training, providing feedback and recommendations for improving hygiene practices.
• Cooperation with the project team to plan training schedules, identify priority topics and ensure consistency with project goals.
• Participation in the preparation and submission of reporting materials.
• Compliance with ethical standards and "DoNotHarm" approaches when working with communities, children and vulnerable groups.

Who we are looking for:

• Higher education (medicine, hygiene, social work with an emphasis on health or related fields)
• Facilitation skills, effective communication with a diverse audience and experience in conducting trainings/seminars
• Work experience in WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene)
• Work experience in humanitarian or public projects
• Readiness for work trips to communities in the Kharkiv region (transfer fund)
• Organization, ensures neatness, literacy
