We invite a communicative and responsible Customer Success Manager to join our team. Our candidate knows how to approach anyone, cares about the needs of customers and believes that providing the highest level of customer support is a key element of a successful business.

Our customers are airline managers, travel agents and travel managers who issue airline tickets using our services. The main objective will be to provide a high level of customer support, increase their retention rate and facilitate the development of customer opportunities.

What will be included in the duties:

  • provide full customer support through calls, emails, messengers, personal meetings, video conferences, etc.;
  • solving current customer requests and identifying needs, building processes for their implementation;
  • building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with our customers;
  • monitoring the dynamics of air content statements by customers;
  • communication and identifying the reasons for the decline in statements, customer retention, disclosure potential;
  • introduction of reporting on the work done in CRM.

What we expect from the candidate's experience:

  • experience working with communication and supporting clients, solving their requests - from 1 year;
  • experience in resolving conflict situations;
  • ability to make independent decisions in areas of responsibility;
  • high empathic skills, ability to quickly respond to requests and work for results;
  • intermediate English will be an advantage;
  • willingness to short-term business trips to Ukraine - not often.

It will be a plus:

  • related experience in the aviation or tourism sector;
  • related experience in working with sub-agents and corporate clients.
