Your team
You’ll join our Global People Team (70+ professionals) — a team that truly drives change, not just supports processes.
This role is part of the CS People Team, reporting directly to the Team Lead.
What will you do?
You’ll partner with managers and teams to improve performance and employee experience through people-driven solutions:
- design and improve adaptation, development, motivation, and retention initiatives
- conduct welcome and exit interviews
- work with teams to improve collaboration and performance
- run engagement surveys and act on insights
- consult on compensation reviews and improvement plans
- drive cultural and organizational change
- adapt and implement HR policies and processes
- contribute to People initiatives and projects
- provide timely and effective support to managers and employees
What will help you succeed?
- 2–4 years of experience in HR / People / Talent roles
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- analytical and structured thinking
- strong self-organization (ability to work without micromanagement)
- ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- basic project management skills
