People Partner in expla

We are currently looking for a People Partner to help us create a positive experience for every employee at expla: thoughtful onboarding, transparent offboarding, development and support programs that reflect our culture and values.

It's a match if you:

• have 1 to 3 years of experience in the positions of People Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Admin, HR Ops,
• have experience in conducting 1:1 meetings, surveys, feedback analysis,
• can build quality and long-term relationships with teams.

It is a plus if you have:

• experience working with L&D, C&B,
• English A2+.

You are expected to:

• manage the administrative side of processes at each stage of the Employee lifecycle - preboarding, onboarding, probation period support, personnel changes, off-boarding,
• support of the team in daily interaction with related functions - coordination of processes with the financial and legal team, technical support,
• administration of HR systems and internal processes - updating data, setting up templates, preparing forms, supporting regular launches (performance review, surveys, etc.),
• work in the areas of L&D, C&B (training programs, benefits) - participation in educational projects; keeping records of medical insurance, compensations; participation in the launch of new initiatives,
• updating data and preparing analytics - maintaining order in reporting, updating information in tables and systems, preparing analytics at the request of the team or management,
• supporting corporate culture.
