• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English
• Vocational education (preferred title) Bachelor's/Master's in HR, accounting, business or related field)
• Professional experience in payroll/payroll coordination (knowledge of HRIS, Workday & Service Now preferred)
• Experience in shared services is an additional advantage
• Preferred experience in working in an international environment
• Knowledge of the working time and absence system (e.g. Primetime) will be an additional advantage
• Excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic project environment
• Effective use of technology and tools for payroll processing
• Ability to provide easy-to-use and understandable information on payroll processes and payroll outcomes

[Processing monthly payrolls Creating and maintaining payroll reports Collaborating with HR Supporting legal compliance processes in collaboration with relevant authorities Managing international stock and other declarations incentives, Collaborating with the finance department on reconciliation and reporting, Conducting payroll audits and controls, Collecting, reviewing and aggregating payroll data from various sources, Monitoring regulatory compliance and payroll processing by vendors, Responding toquestions in line with agreed service levels, Handling complex and confidential queries, Collaborating with other departments to collect payroll data, Providing data and reports to finance departments, third parties and statutory bodies, Requesting payroll funding and other payments, Collaborating effectively with external suppliers payroll services]
