Invites to work Labor Economist in the central office in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• analysis of the wage fund (FOP), plan/fact;

• support and control of the wage system (salaries, hourly, piece-rate, KPI);

• participation in the development and updating of regulations on payment and labor motivation;

• preparation of analytical reports and reports for management;

• control of the correctness of payments in accordance with internal regulations and Labor Code.

Requirements for candidate:

• higher economic education;

• 2 years of work experience as a salary/supplements economist (experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage);

• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on salary issues;

• confident command of 1C and Excel (formulas, summary tables);

• attention to details, analytical thinking;

• ability to work with large data sets and deadlines.
