HR Security / Insider Risk & Confidentiality Lead
King Group is a company that systematically develops business with a high requirement for the protection of confidential information, personal data and internal business processes. Due to scaling, we are looking for an expert to build and monitor a comprehensive security system related to personnel.
Key tasks:
Protection of confidential information
Build and monitor the system to protect trade secrets, personal and financial data, source code and business processes
Develop and monitor NDA compliance / NCA / Non-solicitation
Implementation of data access policies (need-to-know, role-based access)
Prevention of information leaks by employees
Access management
Control of granting, changing and revoking access to IT systems, repositories, financial and analytical systems
Regular review of accesses and elimination of excessive rights
Interaction with HR and IT in onboarding and offboarding processes
Pre-employment screening
Organization of candidate checks (documents, experience, recommendations, conflicts of interest, reputation risks)
Definition of criteria for access to sensitive information
Participation in making final decisions together with HR and lawyers
Polygraph checks
Organization of polygraph checks (incoming, scheduled, unscheduled, internal investigations)
Interaction with certified by polygraph examiners
Ensuring legal correctness and voluntary checks
Preparing conclusions and recommendations to management
Working with current employees
Monitoring compliance with security policies
Identifying risky behavior and violations
Conducting internal audits and official investigations
Conducting training on confidentiality and information security
Offboarding and post-control
Control of the correct closure of access upon dismissal
Post-employment NDA control
Analysis of the risks of the transition of employees to competitors
Exit-interview from the point of view of security
Document circulation
Participation in the development of internal policies and regulations
Formation of the evidence base in case of NDA violations
Supporting legal actions in case of leaks information
Requirements:
Experience in the field of security, HR security, compliance or internal investigations
Understanding of privacy and insider risks
Experience of interaction with HR, IT and legal departments
Knowledge of labor legislation and personal protection data
High level of responsibility and confidentiality
