General information about the employee role: all relevant partnerships within the framework of humanitarian response in Ukraine and the implementation of joint projects. This also includes capacity building activities in line with the partnership strategy and annual plans, development and application of institutional assessment tools and capacity development plans, participation in needs assessment, support for the implementation of capacity building plans and their monitoring. - The Project Associate supports partnership management activities and interacts regularly with Finance, Monitoring, Grants, Communications and Advocacy, Logistics and Procurement.

Experience by profession:
- Minimum one year of work experience in the fields of partnership interaction, project coordination, or support program/humanitarian initiatives.
- Experience in working with partner and organizational documentation, preparing reporting materials, analyzing information and ensuring effective communication between departments and partners is important.
- An additional advantage will be the experience of participating in the development, monitoring or support of partnership plans, agreements or joint activities.
Necessary knowledge:
- Understanding the principles of partnership interaction, building effective external communications and the specifics of working with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the basics of project management, planning, monitoring and evaluation procedures, as well as competent record keeping and organizational documentation.
- Possession of tools for working with contractual and partnership documentation, including its preparation, analysis and systematization.
- Orientation in reporting processes, coordination between units, as well as understanding of basic humanitarian principles, standards of partnership work and requirements of responsibility to donors.
English language:
Level - above average (Upper-intermediate).

- Developed communication skills and ability to build effective interaction with partners, stakeholders and internal departments.
- Ability to analyze information, systematize data and work with a large volume of documents.
- High level of organization, inattention to detail, the ability to work in multitasking conditions and adhere to established deadlines.
- Proactivity, responsibility, initiative in solving work issues and readiness to quickly respond to changes.
- Result orientation, ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as stress resistance and professional ethics in interaction with partners.
