I am Oleksandr, Head of Partnerships at Checkbox. I am looking for a Partnership Manager who will help scale the partnership direction and directly influence business growth through new partnerships.
This is a role with a focus on the development of the partnership channel: finding new partners, launching collaborations and their further development.
We are Checkbox, a Ukrainian product fintech company that helps businesses work transparently, safely and without unnecessary stress in matters of fiscalization. Every day, we issue more than 3.5 million checks for 100+ thousand companies and continue to actively grow and expand the partnership direction.
What you will do:
- Develop a partner channel, search for and attract new partners (SaaS, CRM/ERP, integrators, business services).
- Initiate and conduct communication with potential partners (LinkedIn, email, meetings).
- Conduct online and offline meetings, negotiations and bring agreements to signing.
- Launch partner integrations together with product/tech teams.
- Develop partnerships: upsell, cross-sell, joint initiatives.
- Analyze cooperation effectiveness and find growth points.
Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development / partnerships.
- Full cycle experience: from first contact to deal.
- Ability to negotiate and deal with objections.
- Experience in conducting meetings and presentations.
- Results oriented and ability to build long-term relationships.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in SaaS / fintech / digital products.
- Understanding integrations (API / partner models).
