Analyst (Process Analyst) in ViyarTech

This is a role for an experienced practical specialist who is ready to dive deep into processes, analyze their actual logic, find system problems and form a new process model for the efficient operation of the company.

Your tasks:

• Research and describe current business processes (as-is) in the areas of nomenclature, procurement, supply and inventory management.

• Conduct interviews and work sessions with process participants to identify the actual logic of work, exceptions and problem areas.

• Model target processes (to-be) and form a new logic of interaction between divisions and systems.

• Identify process gaps, duplication of operations, inefficient manual actions and lack of control points.

• Develop the processes of management of nomenclature, product attributes and master data quality.

• Analyze and optimize the processes of internal procurement, demand planning and interaction with suppliers.

• Research the processes of stock management, balance distribution, inventory and warehouse control inventory.

• Form business requirements for process automation and analytics systems.

• Determine requirements for reporting, demand forecasting, and procurement and inventory distribution planning models.

• Participate in the preparation of regulations, instructions and support for the implementation of process changes.

Required expertise:

• Experience in analyzing and describing business processes (as-is / to-be).

• Experience in working with a large product range or complex directories.

• Experience reengineering or deep optimization of processes.

• Understanding the processes of inventory management and master data.

• System thinking and the ability to find cause-and-effect relationships between processes.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in the implementation or optimization of ERP / WMS / procurement / inventory systems.

• Experience in forming demand forecasting logic and procurement planning.

• Experience in production, distribution or retail / e-commerce companies.

• Understanding replenishment, allocation, safety stock, ABC/XYZ models.
