Job description

The production of Everoli parquet board requires a production manager who will help organize the work so that each stage is as efficient and high-quality as possible. Full cycle production - from sawing and drying blades to painting and packaging. We produce engineering/three-layer parquet board. Also curved and straight modular parquet.

What will be included in your responsibilities:

• Managing the production process, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
• Organizing the work of the team, monitoring compliance with quality standards.
• Implementing and optimizing production processes to increase productivity.
• Ensuring labor safety and maintaining proper working conditions. in production.
• Interaction with suppliers and company divisions to coordinate production tasks.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and control of production tasks in accordance with company needs.
• Maintaining a high level of product quality.
• Development and motivation of the production team.
• Organization of planned maintenance equipment.
• Analyzing and solving production problems, optimizing processes.
• Ensuring compliance with safety norms and standards at workplaces.
• Knowledge of lean and 5c methodology will be an advantage.
