This role is responsible for managing and optimizing digital acquisition strategy through external sub-contractors across multiple channels and markets, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and measurable business results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with agency management
- Experience in trading, brokerage, or crypto industries would be a plus
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
- Experience working with KPIs, budgets, and ROI-driven strategies
- Confident written and verbal English (B2+)
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and channels simultaneously
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies across channels
- Define KPIs, briefs, budgets, and performance benchmarks
- Monitor agency performance and optimize strategies
- Scale successful channels and stop underperforming initiatives
- Ensure alignment between marketing, brand, and compliance requirements
- Report on performance and growth results to internal stakeholders

- Experience working with APAC markets
