• you know how to find an approach to everyone and know how to explain complex things in simple words;
• you are eager to find new information;
• you are ready for daily monotonous work (search, website analysis, writing cold letters); style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">you are not afraid of rejections and are ready to handle objections;
• you have self-organization and result-oriented skills.

It will be an advantage:

• experience in the field of sales, negotiations, attracting customers/partners;
• you have an understanding of how the link building mechanism works.
• working experience of communication with native speakers.

What will your working day look like? You will:

• Search for quality websites, blogs, online platforms using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.);
• Analyze and select the found sites according to our parameters (traffic, site growth indicators, number and quality of backlinks);
• Find contacts of persons responsible for these sites (site owners, webmasters, copywriters and others) and write them "cold" letters with an offer of cooperation. Correspondence can be done using various services (Email, Linkedln, etc.);
• Work with rejections to achieve CRI and get results (number of deals);
• Join online meetings and presentations with interested partners and attend team meetings;
• Independently engage in the search for new outreach strategies and opportunities to realize the set goals.

 We are open to candidates without experience, because for us, first of all, it is important to match the company's values, motivation and interest to develop specifically in outreach/linkbuilding. So if you are willing to learn and develop, we will teach you!

How does training take place and what does it consist of?

• Learning takes place online, lasts 1 month, paid;
• The format is video lectures and GoogleMeet meetings with our trainer;
• Access to ongoing support from our trainers.

What do we offer?

• Format: A combination of remote work and live communication. Work in a flexible hybrid format for Kyiv, remote for other cities and countries. We provide the necessary equipment for productivity and comfort regardless of your location.
• Schedule: 8-hour working day Mon-Fri (you can choose the start of the working day between 8:00 and 10:00 Kyiv time), the main thing is to be in touch and plan time for meetings with colleagues.
• Development: We believe that investing in team training is an important factor for business success. Each jubler has an individual fixed budget for personal and professional developmentcoil.
• Health: We provide comprehensive health insurance for everyone who works with us for more than three months. We also offer financial support to cover medical expenses for colleagues abroad. We compensate for consultations with psychologists of the well-being service or 50% of the payment for the services of a psychologist chosen by the employee himself.
• Rest:We offer 24 working days of annual leave, 6 days for a reset. This time is necessary for rest and recovery! 20 days of paid sick leave, 4 additional days of sick leave without a medical certificate.
