Main responsibilities:
- Providing necessary support to the company's customers;
- Cooperation with key customers and distributors;
- Processing orders, sending shipment notifications, agreeing delivery schedules and terms, working with claims, processing returns from the client;
- Working with claims about goods (shortage, damage, surpluses). Processing returns from customers;
- Entering and processing orders in the SAP system;
- Issuing invoices and acts of work performed to customers;
- Maintaining contracts and additional agreements with suppliers of logistics services;
- Providing the necessary weekly and monthly reports to the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher education (bachelor/specialist degree);
- Work experience of 1-2 years;
- Confident PC user (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel);
- Proficiency in English at a level not below average;
- Excellent administrative skills;
- High oral and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and abilities planning.
