Deputy Chief Accountant in Lerua Merlen Ukrayina / Leroy Merlin

We are currently looking for a Deputy Chief Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Control of mutual settlements with service providers: analysis of receivables and payables;
• Organization of document flow of primary documents: control of timeliness, correctness and completeness of receipt;
• Control and analysis of the display of expenses in accounting according to IFRS;
• Accrual, control and analysis of reserves in terms of expenses;
• Calculation of rent, compensation utility services and accounting, preparation of primary documents;
• Consultation and methodological assistance to accountants on the accounting of expenses, reserves;
• Observance of requirements for the timely closing of the reporting period (month);< /li>
• Preparation of reporting: statistical and tax reporting;
• Calculation of land and real estate tax, environmental tax;
• Participation in passing audits and tax audits of the company;
• Participation in the agreement of contractual documents;
• Complying with the requirements of legislation and internal procedures of the company;
• Maintaining accounting and tax records of the service LLC (one of the companies of the group);
• Active participation in the integration of the new SAP financial program;
• Development of provisions, orders regarding the reflection in cost accounting companies

Key requirements:

• Work experience of 3 years in the field of retail trade, management and cost analysis in the position of deputy chief accountant / chief accountant;
• Higher professional education (Accounting accounting and auditing);
• Knowledge of the provisions (standards) of accounting, IFRS;
• Knowledge of accounting for fixed assets and low-value non-current material of assets, IFRS 16;
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, including accounting for foreign exchange;
• Understanding the process of compiling statistical and tax reporting: VAT, income tax, land tax, real estate;
• DipIFR, ACCA certificates (will be an added advantage);
• Ability to work quickly and carefully with a large volume of information;
• A confident PC user: MS Excel, Medoc, Vchasno, Google Docs;
• Knowledge of Oracle, SAP software;
• Knowledge of English - Upper Intermediate;
• Establish and maintain contact with counterparties and colleagues;
• Ability to learn quickly, literacy, attention to detail, decency, energy, sociability , initiative.
