We are opening a competition for the position: "Specialist in organizational development (HR department)".

Functional duties:

• Analysis, optimization and documentation of the organizational structure bank.
• Development, updating and coordination of job instructions, regulations on divisions, regulations and procedures.
• Conducting a functional analysis of divisions for a clear distribution of responsibility areas.
• Participation in projects of organizational changes and transformations.
• Preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management regarding organizational decisions.
• Participation in development and implementation HR-strategies, personnel performance evaluation systems.
• Cooperation with department heads on updating functional responsibilities and team structure.
• Systematization.
• Maintenance of procedures (amendments to documents).
• Formation of knowledge base.
• Description of processes, regulations, standards, procedures, instructions.
• Monitoring policies.
• Formation documents.

You are "our person" if you have:

• Higher education (personnel management, economics, management, finance, legal or other relevant).
• 2 years of work experience in the field organizational development, HR analytics or performance management (experience in large companies will be an advantage).
• Understanding the principles of building the bank's organizational structure.
• A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, systematic, communicative.
