Operational manager of the IT department in Povernis zhivim, BMF, BF

We are looking for someone who will organize the key processes of the "Come back alive" IT department. The team is responsible for ensuring that the Fund has the most transparent reporting, a user-friendly website, attractive landing pages for projects and successful donations. It is you who will help us improve the efficiency of the department and the organization.

What exactly will you do:

• operational support of the IT department team (document flow with contractors and partners, preparation of payment documents, keeping notes with meetings, organization of business trips and internal events);

• implementation and improvement of project management systems (Gitlab2Asana);

• coordination of communication between various departments and project stakeholders;

• interaction with contractors and control of contractual obligations;

• IT project management: planning, setting tasks, control of implementation, maintenance of project documentation (up to 25% employment as of now);

• maintenance of the knowledge base and documentation of department processes;

• analysis of data on receipts/subscriptions;

• management of subscriptions to donats;

• communication with subscribers to donats regarding issues that arise;

• basic technical support of employees (ordering toner, helping sysadmins in communication with employees, etc.).

• work experience as a project manager or operations manager from 1 year;

• experience working with project management systems (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.);

• confident level of mastery of MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace;

• excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;

• analytical thinking and attention to details;

• experience working with document management and contracts.

It will be an advantage:

• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;

• confident command Canva and/or similar services;

• healthy paranoia about cyber security and data protection;

• experience in user training and presentations.
