2. Photographs of the working day:

• Conducting photographs of the staff’s working day upon request
• Forming conclusions about the working day of employees, providing proposals for organizing the work time

3.Participation in the formation of the cost of new products, semi-finished products:

• Participation in the organization of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the team
• Participation in the organization of the use of equipment and tools
• Formation of preliminary norms of production

4. Maintaining a database of production norms in IT:

• Formation of qualitative and quantitative personnel for the fulfillment of the norm
• Formation of links to the nomenclature of the state-owned enterprises and semi-finished products
• Formation of types distribution of expenses in accordance with the accounting policy

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (mathematical or economic)
• Work experience of 2 years in the field of product costing (in the part of employment), labor economics, calculation of unit wages at a manufacturing enterprise
• High level of knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of the order, methods and principles of forming norms and estimates
• Knowledge of various types of material motivation systems
• Candidate without work experience, graduate student of a specialized university is considered.
