Requirements for the candidate

• Work experience is not mandatory —we teach all processes

• Competent oral and written language

• Ability to work with Google Docs, Excel, and CRM — will be advantage

• Communication, responsibility, proactivity

• Willingness to quickly learn and adapt

Main duties

• Searching for candidates and conducting online interviews

• Maintaining and updating the database in CRM

• Preparing materials for adaptation and motivation of new employees

• Participation in the development of corporate culture

• Interaction with department heads regarding closing vacancies
