Vacancy: Order processing manager

Responsibilities:

• Calling customers from the hot base (people leave applications themselves)

• Reception and confirmation of orders

• Clarification of customer data (name, phone, delivery address)

• Correct entry information into the system

Working conditions:

• Schedule: 5 days a week

• 8 working hours + 2 breaks of 30 minutes (9 hours in total)

• Schedule floating

• We conduct basic training

Requirements:

• Competent Ukrainian language (oral and written)

• Confident command of a computer

• Responsibility, attentiveness

• Willingness to learn and develop

• Availability of a computer or a laptop (it is not possible to work from the phone)

• Stable power supply or the ability to eliminate power outages

• Availability of a microphone and headphones
