We help clients not just choose a dream house, but also to turn it into a life according to an individual plan - from construction to interior, pool and landscape design.

We are currently looking for a copywriter who has a basic understanding of construction technologies. Someone who, with the help of text, reveals value and knows how to keep the attention of the audience. Experienced in building chatbot scripts and improving ER, ERR, OpenRate, ClickRate and conversion rates.

We expect you to:

• Work in content marketing from 3 years.
• You have at least 3+ years of experience in writing conversion texts for Telegram channels, chatbots, email newsletters.
• You have experience in building funnels for attracting, retaining and returning users (user journeys).
• Worked with multi-channel communications: messengers, chatbots, Email, SMS.
• Understand key metrics: ER, ERR, CTR, conversion.
• Know how to set clear specifications for the designer.
• Knowomi with SendPulse / MailChimp / ManyChat / SmartSender or similar. You can set up email distribution yourself and assemble a simple bot in the messenger.

What you will do:

• Create content for the Telegram channel, chatbot funnel, email newsletters (digests, promos for events, lead magnets).
• Maintenance of the content plan.
• Write texts and scripts for automated mailings and chatbots.
• Generate ideas, offer non-standard solutions.
• Monitor competitors.
• Create copywriting for sites and landing pages.
• Optimize existing content and build new funnels to generate demand.
• Create new lead magnets. Checklists, guides, manuals, ratings.
• Conduct marketing analytics; ER, ERR, OpenRate, ClickRate, CTR, CR (conversions at each stage).
• Implement AI to automate routine tasks.
