And now we are looking for exactly that specialist who will be the first "rescue call" for our employees when they have technical difficulties. If you like to help people, can quickly understand computer issues and find simple solutions to complex problems - this job is for you!

Your main tasks:

• Accepting incoming calls from employees of our network and providing advice on working with software and computer equipment;

• Fixing appeals in the internal system and transferring them to relevant specialists if necessary;

• Help in solving standard technical problems and supporting users in their work.

We expect from you:

• Higher or secondary special education;

• Confident command of a PC;

• Fluent Ukrainian language (oral and in writing);

• Experience in the field of technical support will be an advantage;

• Communication, attentiveness, ability to react quickly and make decisions.
