Tactical medicine trainer in The Right to Protection, CF

BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a recognized leader of the human rights movement in Ukraine. The Foundation has strong positions in the field of protection of the rights of internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees and stateless persons.

The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and carries out direct legal aid programs throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. text-decoration: none">A person who can conduct trainings in tactical medicine and has a military context in Ukraine. Has an understanding of threats from the air and on the ground. Understands the topic of pre-medical/tactical medicine, drones, missiles, mines, etc. How to counter these threats, how to respond to them and teaching material to groups of people on a regular basis.

Trainings will include both practical and theoretical parts. In the practical part, training will be conducted based on examples of possible scenarios that trainees may encounter while providing assistance in the highest risk areas. 

One ​​training takes up to five days. It is planned to implement at least 12 trainings in 2026, with a possible increase. normal; text-decoration: none">Veterans;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting trainings for humanitarian professionals; 

• Writing educational methodical materials/programs;

• Effectiveness control of training reports;

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Politeness and diplomacy;

• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, organization;

• Ability to establish contact with other colleagues;

• Understanding the privacy policy in accordance with the legislation on the collection of personal data.
