The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls
- Informative support of the population. Providing callers with information on the activities and policies of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs
- Redirecting (if necessary) requests from aid recipients and communities to related organizations
- Entering data into the CRM system
- Completing all necessary training
- Preparing reports on work results
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education - desirable
- Experience in public organizations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail)
- Experience in communicating with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy
- Cooperation and teamwork
