We are looking for a person who knows how to combine strategy and sales tactics, work with analytics, forecasting and turn data into clear management decisions.
Main functional responsibilities:
Formation and maintenance of an up-to-date product catalog to provide the sales department with high-quality and understandable information;
Analysis of market capacity, company shares and preparation of reasonable growth forecasts;
Understanding key financing channels in one's direction and the mechanics of fund accumulation;
Preparation sales reports across the product portfolio, drawing conclusions and presenting results to management;
Development of a sales strategy based on analytics and monitoring its implementation;
Setting up the necessary tools and processes in cooperation with related departments to achieve sales goals.
Our expectations:
3-5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, sales, sales planning, product management or business analytics;
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of data;
Ability to coordinate work with related teams and monitor execution tasks;
High internal motivation, result orientation and desire to work for joint victory.
Expected results in the first 3-6 months:
Developed and implemented product sales plan with a focus on priority channels;
Coordinated and structured product catalog;
Clearly defined competitive advantages of the product and service support tools for the sales department;
Established processes of analytics and interaction between teams;
Ensuring the achievement of set sales goals in the back office levels.
